Review: Full Steam Ahead

Full Steam Ahead Full Steam Ahead by Karen Witemeyer
My rating: 💛💛💛💛

This story again confirmed what I love about Karen Witemeyer. An interesting historical story, with a cute romance, a broody hero and a feisty heroine and the added bonus, some suspense!

Darius and Nicole complimented each other really well. I liked how their romance build to a boiling point and the lessons these characters learned - Darius about letting go what you can't control, and Nicole, what is really important in life vs wanting to prove herself. The supporting characters was also a great addition to a very enjoyable story.

I also enjoyed the adventure feel to the story with the dagger and baddies after it. The author did a great job of building on the suspense and action, to get me so invested I did not want to stop reading, or listen.
