Review: Sweet on You

Sweet on You Sweet on You by Becky Wade
My rating: 💛💛💛💛

This is probably one of my favourite friends-to-love stories to date. I enjoyed Britt and Zander since book one and was looking forward to their story, which we patiently had to wait till book three. I enjoyed how Britt realised she had feelings for Zander, though there were a few times I wanted to shake her because of a decision she made. I also enjoyed the sisters' banter and teasing.

I absolutely enjoyed the mystery/suspense plot with Zander's uncle. It kept me guessing till the end and added to a nice balance so that this story wasn't too overboard on the romance side.

What I loved about this book and the series, was the notes, diary entries and other text messages etc which was included at the end of each chapter.

The audiobook was really entertaining and the characters well delivered.

Falling for you

About the book:

Britt and Zander have been best friends since they met thirteen years ago, but unbeknownst to Britt, Zander has been in love with her for just as long. When Zander's uncle dies of mysterious causes, he returns to Washington to investigate. As they work together to uncover his uncles tangled past, will the truth of what lies between them also come to light?
