Join in the Top Ten Tuesday fun! Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.
I didn't feel this week's top ten topic, so went with something different.
I love series. You can call me a series addict - books, tv, movies which has unending sequels. So you will always find me busy with a series or two or thirty.
The following series I have started over the years, want to continue, but just did not make the priority (mainly because I started other series which was bumped to the top):
Started in 2016, paused because I did not have the next book. Next in series:
Started in 2015, first book was a free download and the only one I had. Next in series:
I didn't like the first book back in 2016, but then the rest of the series won awards, so I decided to give it another shot and decided to reread book one and read the rest of the series:
I have all the books, just didn't get to continue this series yet since reading book one in 2019.
I enjoyed book one back in 2016, and need to get back to this series with the next book:
Another one started back in 2015, which I still want to continue:
I finally got my hands on the next book in this series, started in 2018, so would love to finish it in 2022:
I love Dani Pettrey, so it is surprising that I have not yet read book 2:
I enjoyed this first book by this author I've read and am still planning to continue the series, starting with this next book:
Planning on finishing this series which I've started in 2020:
Great list. I like your spin on this week's prompt. And I also share your love of series. The longer the better... I just never want it to stop :)

Have a great week 🌈
Especially if you found a great series with characters becoming friends...yes, totally possible.
DeleteI like a series but there are so many other books that keep popping up that jump ahead. The last series I read was ACOTAR by Sarah J Maas. It reminded me how much I enjoy them!
ReplyDeleteHave a great week!

That is the problem...too many good books distracting.
DeleteI love your take on this...I am the same, have quite a few series I have started and want to finish. I did finish The Left Behind series, I gobbled those up as they were coming out.
ReplyDeleteI got mine from the library and the next one was never available. Hope to get back to it soon!
DeleteI love your spin on today's topic.
ReplyDeleteThank you :-)
DeleteI'm a serial starter and non-finisher so I totally relate to this topic! 😂 I don't even know how many series' that I need to finish but sometimes the list feels endless! I hope you get around to finishing these series and when you do, I hope you enjoy them!
ReplyDeleteThank you. Yes, think I stopped counting around 30.
