Seth had a special place in my heart since I've met him in the Christiansen family series. He was one of those heroes who you also wanted to win, though you rooted for the other guy a tiny bit more.
Ree was quite a dynamic character and in search of an ending she deserves. "You don't have to have epic to have meaningful, Ree. Meaningful is how you live your life every day. Your choices."
Susan May Warren again brought a bold full bodied story in a short Novella, filled with characters to love, journeys you can learn from and a gasping event I did not see coming. It was great to revisit old favourite Deep Haven citizens and meet a few new ones, friends and family I hope to keep seeing in the new Deep Haven series. The first story
