Review: Acceptable Risk

Acceptable Risk Acceptable Risk by Lynette Eason
My rating: πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›

Another great suspense by Lynette Eason. From the first pages there is mystery, action and some chemistry between the main characters. I loved the thrilling ride this author took me on while reading Sarah and Gavin's journey to find answers.

And that's what real strength is. Pressing on when it would be much easier to simply give up.

The author really got the emotional impact right in this one. I did feel Sarah's struggles and hurt and even felt sorry a few times for the General as well. Though I adored Sarah and Gavin's story, I didn't connect as much with them as I did with Brooke and Asher.

The mystery/suspense was intriguing - though I did guess the bad guy early on and as well as more what was going on, there was a whole lot of plot twists I did not see coming and there was one scene which that was crazy!

I loved the lessons Sarah learned and Gavin's growth as well. At the end there was a promise of reconciliation between two characters which left me with hope.

Highly recommended to fans of suspense!
