Monthly Recap: March 2023

I first saw this monthly reflections idea on: Christian bookshelf reviews

March was a full month, work was hectic, needing some overtime, I ran my first half marathon in 4 years and managed a sub 2, downloaded way too many ARCs but managed to read a lot as well.

What I've read:

What I would like to read in April:

Currently Reading:

Upcoming reads (hopeful):

I hope the public holidays will add some additional reading time.

Did I buy any new books?

Bought:

Yes, I bought two:

Did I read everything I wanted too?

No, I managed to finish all my Feb carried over books in March, but there was a few Jan unread which carried over to April and a lot of March plans carried over:

I also have a lot of books I need to catch up on for a 18 month challenge which started Jan 2022 and ending June 2023.  When I joined the challenge I was thinking, 2 books a month is do-able, but then in a blink of an eye, I got behind (no crosses this month, just added two - oops):

Also, another Goodreads challenge to try and read 20 of my TBR books this year - knocked out one book in March and still currently reading one:

ARC/Netgalley update:

ARC/Netgalley books downloaded this month:

Downloaded way too many ARCs this month:

ARC/Netgalley books read and reviewed:

At least I managed to review a few as well:

How was your month?

  3. I hope you enjoy all of these when you have a chance to read them! I still have several of Sarah Sundin's on my shelve to read, but what I've read by her I love so I'm hoping I'll enjoy the rest of her novels, too!
