This was a beautiful and entertaining story about second chances. In life and in romance.
The story dealt with some heavy subjects. Bullying and prejudice based on the sins of others. I really respected Gray based on how he was able to stay calm and focused through all these challenges. And how he won over Shelby’s family not once but twice spoke volumes about his character. Yes he had his faults but his emotional maturity showed through.
Another great story which fans of Denise Hunter will adore.
