A New Leash on Life was an interesting cozy mystery.
At first I was very frustrated that Nora stuck it out so long with Lane and kept giving him chances. But as the story unfolded and we got to see more of Lane’s thoughts and struggles, I had more understanding but still felt frustrated with the lack of communication.
The mystery around the missing working dog and who he belongs to will keep readers interested to, together with Nora, find the answers.
At the end all questions were answered and all frustrations sorted out with many happy endings.
